Confessions of a Sick Girl....

Vans U.S. Open for Surfing
Day 47: Wednesday

So I have yet to mention my "moved-in-with-longtime-boyfriend-15" (also known as Freshman-15 for those of you who didn't understand that).  Except I've only gained like 10 pounds.  Because I'm above average. (I should make that my opening line on my cover letter: 5 pounds above average.)  Anyways, I think most people who move in with their boyfriends that they have only been with for a short time get skinnier, but since no matter what I do, the boyfriend still thinks I'm pretty, I went the other way.  Gosh dangit loving boyfriend, you make me fat.  I yell at him, "You know boyfriend, when you first met me, I weighed 30 pounds less than this!  Your love makes me fat!"  To sum up, I am on a fitness kick.  This always happens though when I move to a new place.

So at 6am, I go running.  Not my best idea.  We start running for 5 seconds and then I have to stop because I can't breathe.  I am sure it was not all due to the fact that I am sick because I used to run while sick all the time.  I'm wearing a backpack and there is no humidity, and plenty of smog.  I'm sure that had something to do with it.  Not my super power to find opportunities to walk or take a nap, whichever suits me better at the time.

Today the boyfriend is supposed to get called by someone who is actually supposed to give him a job.  So he mopes ALL DAY because they don't call until 3pm!  And then they finally do call and then they have to hang up and say they will call him back to let him know what time to come in on Thursday.  They never call back.  It's ok though because we are sure they will call the next day.  They've had him come in twice already so we know they are interested they are just..........flaky...........

Got my Bluetooth today!  I'm having a hard time understanding my boss and I always have to like SHOVE my phone into my ear to understand him.  There's only so much iPhone 4 I can stick in my ear however so I decided to buy something that I can stick entirely in my ear.

Other than that, not an extremely eventful day.  I went STRAIGHT to bed.  I'm so exhausted and sick.

Day 48: Thursday

I wake up and go straight to work.  Since I am so sick, the boyfriend decides that we should go running at night time instead.  I agree boyfriend, let's push it back till the end of the day and then just convince ourselves to go to sleep :D  So instead of running, I fight the grueling traffic from my room to the boyfriend's brother's office right next door.  Don't know how I put up with all this traffic.

The boyfriend waits until 1pm and still no phone call from his potential job.  The boyfriend, not wanting to bother his potential employer, send him an email and awaits his reply......which he doesn't get until 4pm.  In his reply though, he says to come in on Friday at 11:00am.  Wooooohooo!  He seriously like has to hire him this time because this would be the third time he has had him come in and it's not like he is coming in for "hiring rounds" (As in "congrats!  You've made it to the second round!").  He is definitely the only one applying for this position and/or the only one standing out.

While waiting for that response, the boyfriend finds out that he got the internship he interviewed for last week!!!  So exciting!!!  We are especially excited about that one because they say they are looking to hire at the end of the 2 month internship!  That would be so cool because it is directly related to his major.

Such a great day!  So great that we decide to get some exercise!  Oh yeah I'm so pumped!  After I recited my thousands of excuses to just sit in the house and watch tv, the boyfriend pushed me out the door and away we walked!........to Walmart.  What?  Motivation is motivation.  I don't care how many donuts I bought.

Day 49: Friday

The boyfriend has to leave today to most likely get hired!  How exciting!  He takes forever to leave though because he doesn't want to leave me alone though.......that and doesn't want to drive all that way by himself. It's only 45 minutes........he'll be fine.

For my lunch break, I decide to do laundry.  Turns out that since I work from home and never leave the house, the boyfriend thinks of me as a housewife.  He thinks I should clean and cook.........oh wait no the thought of me cooking made him just want to buy fast food on the way home.  He's so good to me. Eventually, this job will have me leaving the house and I can't wait so I can tell HIM to do our chores!  One small step for Ariale, one giant leap back for women's rights.  At least I'm making history.  My mom must be so proud.

When he finally gets done he calls me the entire ride home.  Next thing I know, we have been talking for TWO hours.  Yeah, he is 45 minutes away and it took him two hours to get home.  I miss you Hawaii.  I would only spend an hour and a half in traffic.  Those were the days.  Oh wait, I was sitting at home the whole time.  I LOVE it here!  Basically this is how our life will run for awhile.  I will be done with work, and then I'll have like 2 hours all to myself....probably to clean.  And then a couple hours with the boyfriend and off too sleep!  Speaking of sleep........

Day 50: Saturday

Today is going to be so exciting!!!  So my boss asked if I had any plans this weekend and I thought he was asking to see if I could do work over the weekend so I let him know that I was a loser and had nothing planned (loser is a bit harsh.  It is more like seriously SERIOUSLY poor.  Because if we had money, we would actually do things....like nap next to all our money).  It turns out though, he wanted to invite us to drive to his house, park, then take a 2 mile bike ride to the Vans U.S. Open for surfing, and then when we came back, go swimming!  So cool! We would get so much exercise!!!

I wake up at 9 as per usual but I have to wait for the boyfriend to wake up  because as per usual, he went to sleep really really late.  I had gone to sleep at 10pm but he wakes me up at midnight saying he is bored and wants to watch tv with me.  I'm like ARE YOU CRAZY???  I WAS ASLEEP!!!  And then in the morning, at 9am, I try to wake up and say wake up, I'm bored!!!  Mine makes more sense though since it is a time when people are actually supposed to wake up >_<

He finally gets up at 11 and then we are on our way!  It takes over an hour to get there, there is so much traffic trying to get to the beach.  Then when we get to the boss' house, there is NO parking.  I had thought since he was having us park at his house, there would actually be parking, unlike at the beach where there would be none.  We look around for ten minutes and see nothing that would fit a truck so I end up calling him for help.  He is so nice, he moves his car and lets us park there and he goes and finds a spot for him to park.  When he gets back, he shows us his house which is pretty cool.  His house is supposed to be two houses.  On the bottom is a living room, a kitchen, and three rooms in the back.  Then he shows us where there is supposed to be a wall that divides the house in two right before the stairs.  So we walk up the stairs and there is again, a living room, a kitchen, and three rooms in the back.  SO COOL!  I would love to have 2 kitchens!!!  hmmmm beginning to see where that 10 pounds came from......wanted to take pictures of the house but since it is the boss' house, I thought I better not.

So enjoy this picture of me instead :D

After the house tour, we go to his garage, which we didn't think he had because he parks on the street.  But in actuality, it is FULL of sporting goods and whatnot.  So much so, they can't fit a car in there.  By the way, it is a 4 car garage.  That is how much space he has down there and how much sporting goods he has.  It was pretty cool really.  And he gives us two bikes to borrow and points us in the direction of the beach.

Me and my bike right outside the boss' garage

The boyfriend is AMAZING with directions because when the boss told us where to go, I was divulging a plan of just riding the bikes around for 2 hours and coming back pretending like we had gone because I was so confused.  The boyfriend on the other hand just took the lead and led me there like he had gone everyday of his life.

Haven't ridden a bike in at least 10 years then I go and bike for 2 miles....oh wait we had to come back so 4 miles...needless to say my female parts hurt and the boyfriend is pretty sure he can no longer have children....and yet I must say, we are totally buying bikes in the future.  It was honestly such a great ride and we didn't have to pay for parking or anything like I'm sure all the other people who came to the Vans U.S. Open for Surfing had to.  It seems like a good money saver and a great way to get around.

By the way, DO NOT type "bike ride" into Google and look at the photos.......you get pictures of London's naked bike ride :S  Oh my goodness......some of those people should NOT have competed is all I've got to say.....

I'm totally sad because I very dangerously took videos while riding our bikes but they all came out extremely shaky.  So I can't do anything with them unfortunately.  Took plenty of photos though as per usual:

There were so many planes in the sky advertising their company to the thousands of people at the beach and the event.

We finally got to the event.  There were so many tents set up and everything, I was almost convinced that what we were seeing WAS the event.  But once we got to the event, it was pretty obvious that we had finally gotten there.  OH WHAT A CROWD!

It was pretty cool and exciting but I wish we had a local with us to tell us what on Earth to do.  We missed a bunch of stuff because we thought you had to have a ticket to go in :S  Turns out the guard was just there to make sure skateboarders had tickets to go and skate board there or something.  Darnit.  Well at least we got to check out the outside.  Next time, I hope to be able to sit out there and barbecue or something as well. We need friends.  How do I do that with a stay-at-home job?  I kind of miss co-workers.  Gonna be networking soon though woohoo!

We have an awesome bike ride back and then we go off to the pool!

We love this pool because it goes as deep as a whole 8 and a half feet!  hahaha now we just need 12 feet deep and a diving board.  The boyfriend LOVES water and he absolutely loves diving.  Then the boss has a pizza delivered to the pool!  VIP STATUS!  That's right, only celebrities have pizza delivered to their community pool.  We are like swimming in the pool staring at the door waiting for our pizza to arrive because we're STARVING.  As soon as he comes, we pounce.  We got a large pizza, half Hawaiian and half sausage and we both literally eat half a pizza. Totally worth it.  We are there for at least two hours but it is almost 7 and I'm getting really cold so we have to start going home now.  So we go back to my boss' house and thank him a million times for the awesome day we had and then spend the ride home fighting over the AC (Turn it OFF!!!!  No, TURN IT ON!!!!  IT'S COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLD!  NO, I'M HOT!!!!!!!).

I was pretty much exhausted by the time we got home so we got in bed and went to sleep.  Because I determine when we sleep.  Oh yeah.

Day 51: Sunday

Um yeah, so can someone get me one of those seat donuts?  Turns out my lady parts are SERIOUSLY sore.  And what's not fun?  Sitting down.  Luckily, it is Sunday, so I just spend the day laying down.  Hope it gets better tomorrow when I have to work.  Imagine me, sitting at work writhing in pain to the point that I HAVE to go to my bed and continue working.  My life is just so hard.  A moment's silence for my pain.

Anyways, back to the laying about and doing  nothing.  I have TV that needs watching and preparing for another awesome week!  I'm hoping my license finally comes into the mail and that I get my first paycheck :DDDDD

Not that that's the only thing I can think about.............

Alright, back to our tv shows and forcing the characters to eat cereal:
Officer, have you eaten your cereal?
Dory eat your chicken

Yes and share with Nemo

What a great Sunday!
Be sure to follow and keep updated on our adventures :)

Time to Get Creative.....

Such a gorgeous restaurant!

Day 41: Thursday

So we've been here, what 41 days? (just a random number I chose.  I'm not going to ACTUALLY go look and count how many days we've been here.  That's just ridiculous:)) and now it's time to get creative because quite frankly, we've spent all our money and I have no idea when I'm getting paid.

The boyfriend and the stepdad drew and colored (not respectively. I'm too lazy to switch around the words so that the sentence structure is correct, i.e. you understand that the boyfriend was the one that colored and the stepdad is the one that drew.  I just put "not respectively" to save time.  Worked out well.) another Pokemon!  Couldn't find this one's eyes...............found his thigh though.  Look at him stickin it out trying to hitch hike.  Nice Noivern, nice.

So that's the last of those for awhile.  Also, we've watched the entire 9 season series of Grey's Anatomy and started a new obsession - Lilo & Stitch.  The boyfriend is OBSESSED with Lilo & Stitch.  Basically like I am with Winnie the Pooh........but that's a normal obsession......don't make it weird.  When he was little, they had his class hula to songs from Lilo & Stitch so it brings back a lot of memories for him.  Then he goes and starts another Tumblr blog, which (looking into the future :D) has almost 700 followers.  Pretty cute: http://stitchscousins.tumblr.com/  That's pretty much all we do on Thursday though since I was working from 7am to 5pm.

Day 42: Friday

Another day, another dollar.  Working today but excited because it's the end of the week and I get to catch up on my sleep.  Since the boyfriend isn't employed yet, he stays up until whenever and I end up losing track of time and stay up with him.  I NEED SLEEP!

Got a card from my mommy today!!!!  I was so excited because it was pink and had Winnie the Pooh stickers on it!  So I open it and I see that it is a "Congrats on your new job!!!" card!  So cute! My mom put the card together on the computer and printed it out.  Just to say congrats on getting a job.  Best card and mommy ever :)

Other than that, we did absolutely nothing hahaha seriously.  It is so weird here, time goes by so fast.  I swear, tomorrow, I'm going to wake up and I'll be 30.  Watch out world, we're getting crazy up in hurrrr.

Oh wait, we did receive something else in the mail....
Did I mention he was obsessed?
We had seen this hat on a kid at Disneyland but we couldn't find it so he had to buy it on Ebay.  Looks like we need another trip to Disneyland soon!  We are ready!

Day 43: Saturday
NEED SOMETHING TO DO!!!!!
All we do is sit around the house and since that is basically my job, I'm getting stir crazy!!  So we thought of activities 2 crazy kids like us could do.....and we thought and we thought.........and we decided DOLLAR STORE!!!!!!!!  Now, I like LOVE office supplies.  The thought of being organized is just like the most exciting thing in the world.  Actually being organized is a drag and I think we should all just make a mess. This message was brought to you by Ariale Montgomery.

Anyways, back to subject, they had a bunch of office supplies because it was time to go back to school.  I got so excited over all the office supplies for a dollar that I went to the candy isle and below is a photo of what we ended up buying:
Yum
As you can see, we bought a puzzle for our entertainment :D

Well after we went to the new Disneyland (after going to Disneyland, I decided that Walmart is nothing like Disneyland.  The dollar store on the other hand has Disney merchandise inside it and they're all for A DOLLAR!!!!!!) we looked around for somewhere to eat and we saw Marie Calendar!  Had to go in there, it was so pretty on the outside.  Plus, it reminded me of our Anna Miller's in Hawaii :).  I really thought that at 4pm on a Saturday, there would actually be young people.  I was wrong.  We decided to continue our 4pm Saturday date anyways!

I'm not sure if I've ever been to a Marie Calendar but I was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited when I found out they started you off with corn bread and butter with honey in it.  DELICIOUS!  Basically, I ate it all before I was able to photograph it......don't judge me.

I don't usually get appetizers, especially when they provide you with free bread of some sort at the beginning thus eliminating the need for an appetizer, but I had to make an exception with these something something chibis because they looked amazing......and you know what, it tasted amazing and that's why even though they gave us 6 of them, I was only able to take a photo of one of them........was too busy scarfing them down!

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMY
Then my actual entree was a "Knife & Fork Burger."  Was literally called that.  I'm guessing one day someone ordered a burger and it exploded and they wanted to cover their........backsides by saying it was a menu item :D

This is what the boyfriend got.  Had to smack it out of his hand so I could take a picture

Awkwardly asked the waitress to take a photo of us :D

Then the boyfriend got a slice of pie.  Who could resist?

As soon as we get home, the boyfriend HAS to get started on the puzzle.  I decide that putting together a puzzle is not an urgent need of mine, so I take a nap.  Priorities people.  Gotta have them.  Resume.  Boost.

After my nap, it turns out that I still did not feel like putting together a puzzle.  The boyfriend, however, is DETERMINED to finish that puzzle.  You know, the thing that we bought to entertain us....as in, after we finish it we will be bored.  He is SO determined in fact that he cannot go to sleep without finishing that puzzle. And neither can Ariale.  So what time did we go to sleep?  6:30 am.  Therefore, technically, half of this rant should go under Sunday >_< because literally half my Sunday morning went to this puzzle.

Day 44: Sunday

Well what do you know, we finished our entertainment at 6am so now we are bored :S

Unfortunately, we did run into a little bad luck.
If you recall, the boyfriend has expensive tastes.  That means, he has a MAC and every expensive thing that goes with it.  I mention this because he goes online and purchases a new case for it and then decides that he needs to peel off the current casing RIGHT NOW.  Well it's been on there for a few years so it is all sticky which means he decides to take paper towel and some cleaning product like windex.  End result?  Liquid gets in and now his keyboard no longer works *SOB* I have an iPad with a keyboard though so I have him hook it up to his computer so he has something he can use.  Luckily that works and seems to be the only real issue. He'll have to deal with that for awhile because like I said..........WE POOR!

Day 45: Monday

I wake up at 7:00 am to call my boss like I do every morning and the boyfriend's brother reminds me that the exterminator is coming and so we will have to leave the house for 4 hours.  I told my boss this and that I would just make the time when I'm transporting from my house to the boyfriend's grandma's house my lunch hour.

All is good but then the boyfriend wakes up to a phone call from an interviewer.  The boyfriend, who is half asleep and doesn't recall that the exterminator is coming, says he can come in at any time and the interviewer says "Ok come in before 5."  Alright, we can work with that.  We can wait for the exterminator and then the boyfriend can ditch me at a Starbucks and continue to his interview (I must have internet and a computer to work).  Problem is, we have no idea when the exterminator is coming and the boyfriend would rather go earlier rather than later.  So I tell him to just go so he can hurry back and I'll walk to a Starbucks if I have to. I assume I will not have to walk and away he goes!  And then 10 minutes later the exterminator comes >_< Guess I'm walking to Starbucks.  That's ok, I could use the exercise.

Oh right, and before he leaves, we check the mail and the boyfriend receives the world's creepiest card and it has no return address.  Looks like this:

It was unsigned on the inside too.  So while the boyfriend was freaking out and I was thinking about ways to to move out immediately, he flipped over the card and saw there was a signature in the bottom corner.  It was from the girls from his previous work place.  So I guess we don't have to move anymore :D  Bad boyfriend's co-workers.  Bad!  hahahaha

Immediately after 4 hours, we return to the house and I continue working for about an hour.  Then I really really want to go for a walk to get some more exercise so the boyfriend and I decide to run/walk to Kohls.  I haven't walked outside or really even been outside at night here yet.  It was actually very pretty as opposed to the daylight where you look to your left and you see desert, you look to your right and you see desert, you look down and you see desert, and then you look up and you see.......smog.

This photo was brought to you by Horrible Photos Inc.  Turns out, I am not a photographer while I'm running.

Day 46: Tuesday

Oh McJoy, I am sick.  It is so horrible :/  I don't stop working just because I'm sick either.  I don't get as sick as normal people so I just ignore it.  Most people can't even tell I'm sick.  The boyfriend wishes he was one of those people as I apparently have no problem sharing with him that I am sick :D

So I'm working and working and then the boyfriend decides to clean up his brother's office so I can work in there.  And it looks so nice!!!!!!!!
I'm just going to say that that's my diploma....it says engineer I'm pretty sure and it makes me feel good about myself :D

I was very happy with it because now I have a comfortable spot to sit while I work!  The boyfriend was so cute, he didn't like being alone for those two hours so he came in and sat down in the carpeted area like a little puppy.  And he fell asleep xD  So cute!

Ok I must go to sleep now because I'm so sick and miserable :D  Can't you tell?
Please become one of my stalkers and follow my blog :)
And then tune in next time :D

An Un-photogenic Update with Irrelevant Photos

Please enjoy this old picture of Disneyland as I have like no other pictures.  Also, I took a million pictures so I will occasionally throwing in a photo here and there just so I can get a little jealousy out of these photos.  Don't want to have taken the photos for no reason.........
Day 37: Saturday

So I feel terrible, I have like NO photos.  I know how everyone likes to view my stupidity as well as read about it.  But if you wanted to just see pictures of us lying around the house then...you have issues...seek help....that or you are my mom......in which case, seek help.  hehehehehe love my mommy <3  I suppose I will have to attempt to be interesting then.  Let's try it!

We sat around.

Well that's all I've got for you for Saturday.  We were still tired from all our joy and there's this bug going around called "I'm too lazy to get up" (A little lengthy but we can't argue with the scientisty-people or biologists or whoever names bugs now can we?  They have a science....or math...or art...or SpongeBob Squarepants degree.  Honestly have no idea what degree a scientisty-people, biologist, or whoever names bugs would have) and it makes it so you are too lazy to get up.  Pretty self-explanatory.

Please enjoy this old photo of me from Disneyland as a reminder that I am still ridiculous.

Day 38: Sunday

Sunday FUNDAY!!!!  Or in other words "Sunday Day-you-do-exactly-what-you-did-on-Friday-and-Saturday-day!!"  Good stuff.  I did promise myself all day that I would clean.  I didn't.  It's really funny though because the boyfriend believed me.

What?  I can't help it, every time I decide to clean, I find out that I'm really just tired :D

For those of you who are still reading, you should follow my blog :) If you go to the left-hand side of my blog, you will see it says "Followers." Make sure you become a follower there rather than add me as a friend on Google+. I want stalkers not friends!!! Feel the love.

Day 38: Monday

Interview today!  The person I was to be interviewing with talked to me for a really long time on our phone interview, so when boyfriend and I found out I was having a lunch interview, we decided I was driving myself to my lunch interview....because most likely that interview was going to be 2 hours and I had no idea how I was going to make boyfriend wait on me like that.

I got ready by myself and got in the car for the first time by myself in California *le gasp!!!*  Totally freaked me out, people here DO NOT know how to use a turn signal.  Not that I didn't know that before, it was just a million times more freakier when I was driving alone.  I would actually want to ride public transportation here while in Hawaii, I dreaded it.  Anyways, I finally got to where we were meeting, which was an Indian restaurant called Sagaar Cuisine of India.

I GET THE JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Basically, I am the personal assistant to the co-founder of Global Manufacturing Network and my job at first will be helping him network using social media and website to increase sales and then eventually, I will most likely branch out on my own.  We shall see.  What is exciting about this job is that I get to work from home.
Here is the company website if you want to check out more: http://www.sourceglobally.com/

I am in way over my head with this one as I know nothing about Manufacturing (he knows this, I didn't lie) so I will be doing a lot of research to keep up and learn a lot.  I will be able to use so many programs and know how to do HR and billing and so on after this job though so it is increasing my job skills tremendously.

I get home to the boyfriend and he is super excited for me!!!  I get straight to filling out the paperwork that my new boss handed me so I can scan that in as soon as possible.  I also put myself on the payroll (literally could've put in there that I will be making $1,000 per hour.  Of course, I'm like more honest than honest Abe so I did not do that.  But having power like that is so cool!) and created a new email.

I am basically supposed to call him every morning between 7 and 7:30am so obviously I needed to get some sleep.  I wanted to get a lot of the stuff done though so I would look like a good assistant but also I remembered.......I am testing for my California license tomorrow.  Boooooooooooo :/  I hate testing for permits and licenses.  It's like the SATs and they try to trick you with their questions.....that or the person who makes the tests has the WORST grammar in the world.  Sometimes, the questions don't even make sense.  Well what happened was that even though I needed to get up at 7:00am, I went to bed at 1:00am....

Day 39: Tuesday

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO TIRED!!!!
Gotta call the new boss.  So I do and he lets me know what I should be doing after I am done with my appointment.  Alright, gotcha.  After that call is over, I literally jump back in bed because the phone call was over at 7:20am and my appointment wasn't until 9:40 and the DMV is like 5 seconds away.  It didn't occur to me that that would be the perfect time to study.  Oh well.

I get back up at 9am and wake the boyfriend up so he can have his 10 minutes to get ready.  He is not feeling so well :(  Poor baby.  I didn't want to drive to the DMV without him though since we can still follow each other around everywhere right now so I just told him to walk it off (HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I'm lovely :D).  So we grab our muffin and water and jump in the car.

So remember how I complained when there were 2 people in front of us the first time and then 6 people in front of us the second time?  Well this time, there were WELL over 10 people in front of us!  Omgoodness it was INSANE.  By the time I get to the front of the line, it was 20 minutes into my appointment...didn't help that we arrived 10 minutes late to begin with....

Finally get my test and I'm looking at it and well.............I know I'm going to fail.  I've read like half the manual, decided it was all common sense, and went to bed yesterday so basically today I'm SOL.  The best part about that is that I paid $32......to fail.  I won't even pay one dollar to moisturize my skin.  I'd rather go around with Grand Canyon-sized cracks in my skin than give people money.  And yet somehow, I paid $32 to fail a test.  Good job Ariale.  Reasoning Skills at their finest.

Then a miracle happened and I PASSED THE TEST!!!!!!!!!  I have a California license!!!!!!!!!!!  I only missed 4 too and I was able to miss up to 6 :D  Best day EVER!  I was seriously prepared to take it over again because I think in this state, you can take it as many times as you want until you pass.  You might have to stand in line again or pay another fee but whatever, take it as many times as you want.  Because just because you don't know how to drive at one time, in 5 minutes, the DMV is sure you are going to be a driving-wizard and NASCAR is going to call you on the spot.

They are going to mail me my driver's license but here is my photo on my temporary paper license!
This is a terrible photo....this is my incentive not to get a ticket.  I don't want the officer to see this photo!
So that was pretty fun :)  Then I had to go straight home and actually start working.  I won't go too much into what I did because my work is TOP SECRET (I'm tired of writing) but I got to sit at home which made me happy.  Pretty soon, I will run out of things to complain about......oh wait, my boyfriend is still here to drive me crazy.  *Phew* thought I would become a normal person.

Day 40: Wednesday

Meh, it's Wednesday.  Another work day.  I didn't go to bed on time again so basically I'M EXHAUSTED. For people that don't work at home, they are probably used to getting up at a certain time and then having that time to get ready and then having a long drive filled with irritating traffic and by the time you are at work, you are so pissed that you are wide-awake.  I don't get that funness though.  I can wake up at 6:59am and start working.  I don't drink coffee so I have like no way to get myself awake.  Gonna have to start waking up like an hour earlier and add in the "getting ready" ritual so maybe that will wake me up.  Anyways, I am talking nonstop about this because basically, I am counting the minutes until 11, at which point, I ask to go on lunch break and I jump in bed until 12.  It was AMAZING.  I felt much better.

Also the step-dad and the boyfriend finished coloring/drawing (not respectively, I put that in the wrong order :D) this Pokemon:

This is Honedge.  I have no idea how this is a pokemon.....that show is getting strange.  But you can check its weirdness out here:

Anyways, I am going to get extremely boring pretty soon here because, well, my job is to sit in the house.  And then I don't really want to go out into the real world after sitting all day in my underwear.  Why should I make myself ready at 6pm just to go to the store?  I can just eat table scraps and cheese until I find it worthwhile to go to the store.  Can't wait till I get that first paycheck.  I will be going to the movies!!!  Probably not going to wait till then........I really want to see Despicable Me 2........

Oh and if anyone is wondering, the boyfriend is still a horrible person.  He gets in bed and puts his head down on the pillow and says "This is not my pillow" and throws it on the ground.  OMG BOYFRIEND, I sleep in this bed too so if it's not your pillow, than it is MINE.  And where do I not sleep?  ON THE GROUND.  Where will you be sleeping now?  ON THE COUCH.  Just kidding, we're not like that.  And he doesn't listen to me when I tell him what to do.  Gotta work on that.

That is all.  Next post will have photos I promise......I bet the boyfriend believes that promise too MUAHAHAHAHAHA.

Disneyland!!!!!!!

WOOT WOOT DISNEYLAND!!!!

Day 35: Thursday

DISNEYLAND TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got 5 hours of sleep.   Why, WHY did we do that??  Park opens at 8 so we had to get up at 6.  It was ridiculous, I only had ONE hour to get ready.  Oh the things I do to go to Disneyland.  We hit Walmart on the way there (makes sense to pre-game Disneyland with substitute Disneyland) so I could buy a backpack since I didn't want to carry my purse around and then shove 4 water bottles and 6 uncrustables in there for snacks and then off we go!!!

I don't know if it is obvious how often I take pictures, but whenever I go somewhere, I take A LOT of pictures.  Went to Morocco for three days, took 900 photos.  Think I'm bad?  My mom saw a moose once; took 500 photos on the spot (this is like literally the first time I haven't exaggerated).

I made a video because we did so much stuff and took so many pictures but I will also describe for people who do not have the ability to watch a video or are too lazy to watch an 8.5 minute video.....what I have a problem!!!!

The ending is hilarious by the way :)  Sorry about the sound!

We get there at 8:15am and pay the wonderful $16.00 it costs to park there.  We park in Donald Duck!

Then we go down the escalator to the tram that will take us to the Mickey & Friends Tram.  Then WAALAAAA we are there!!  So exciting!

The boyfriend made these maps to show the order of which we went to things:

First we go to Star Tours where the line is kind of long but they entertain you the entire time so that was great.  The ride is sitting in a space ship and watching a 3D movie where the seats move.  Our mission was to deliver the spy to the Imperial Republic!!!  It was intense, but we finally won!

Next we went to Space Mountain.  The ride was dark with you only seeing stars.  I was freaking out because since you couldn't see anything, I was pretty sure something was going to smack me in the face......because space is out to get me.

Then we did Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, and Indiana Jones!  Indiana Jones was so cool because *SPOILER ALERT* it looks like you are going to run into a rock and then they drop you and show that Indiana Jones saved you!

Finally the moment we've all been waiting for, the WINNIE THE POOH RIDE!!!!  I LOVED IT!

A lady offered to take a picture of the both of us and after she took it I asked her "Does it look like he loves me???"  She's like........suuuure hahahahahaha Strangers don't get me...........

Tarzan's Jungle was super fun.  I really felt like I was in the movie, it was so nice!  I also really felt like I got exercise because you had to climb and stuff.  If I ever just want to sit around in Disneyland when I have kids, I'm going to just send them up there and tell them to go through it like a million times.

Autopia was hilarious because I was trying to record rather than drive.....boyfriend made the mistake of being behind me so he just spent the entire time hitting my rear end xD  Wish we could have gone a little bit faster though or it have more of a focus on bumper cars.  That would've been really funny!

Finally, we went to Splash Mountain which I loved because I love water rides.  You hope not to get wet while secretly hoping you get soaked even though you KNOW you're going to be miserable if you get soaked for the rest of the day but still you really really want to get soaked.....secretly.  Oh the internal dilemma.  Got sufficiently wet :)

Well a lot of the rides were closed or baby rides so we decided to move onto California Adventures!

Got there just in time for the parade!!!  We saw The Incredibles, Toy Story, Monster's University, and Finding Nemo.  Really fun parade!

So after the parade, we go to the Tower of Terror.  We really don't want to go on this ride because neither of us like rides that just drops but it has like the shortest wait time so we decide to give it a try.

I really really liked it and hated it at the same time hahaha thought it was a great ride but still hate the feeling I get in my stomach when I am dropped like that.  Although I have mixed feelings, I would definitely suggest it!

Look at our faces compared to everyone else xD
Ariel's Undersea Adventure was next which just took you through the movie which was really nice.  It took you through all the major scenes in the beginning and then put the last 45 minutes of the movie all in like one scene.  I was like "well that escalated quickly!!"

Next was Grizzly River Run which I have no photos or videos of due to it being a water ride :/  It was really fun though and we got so wet!!  Then we went on another amazing ride called Soarin' Over California.  They put you in front of a really large screen and make it seem like you are flying over California!  What was really cute was that if you went over a grape vine, it smelled like grapes and they had smells for a few other things.  Almost 4D!  After that we went to Golden Zephyr (spelled wrong on the map whoops) which is really just nauseating.....don't go on that.  You get a good view of the park though if you need to get some nice photos.

It was at this point that we had been at the park for about 12 hours and we were in SO MUCH PAIN.  We had been standing in lines for 20-30 minutes each ride and walking all over the park and never sitting.  We were seriously considering going home at this point, we couldn't take it anymore.  We were literally limping.  But we decided to go ahead and do one more ride and then go home.  So onto Goofy's Flight School......

Goofy's Flight School was a good ride but I do not suggest it for people who don't like whiplash.  Just a tip. View was beautiful!!!  After that, we checked the wait time for Radiator Springs Racers and it was 90 minutes.......down from 180.  It turns out the amount of time I am willing to wait for a ride is 90 minutes. We couldn't have gotten a fast pass for it either because they sell out of them at the beginning of the day but we didn't know that :/  So we get in that line...and wait.....for 90 minutes. COMPLETELY WORTH IT.  The ride is beautiful, fun, and looks EXACTLY like the movie cars!!!

We thought we were limping before, but at this point, we are basically crying.  We already have our tickets for World of Color though and it is going to start in like 30 minutes so might as well finish the night with it. We hear it is really nice.  AND IT WAS!  It almost made us cry it was so beautiful and moving.  Watch my video seriously, I dedicate like the last two minutes to it.

The walk to the car was EXCRUCIATING!!!  People laughed at us as we hobbled to the car screaming "We're almost there baby!  We're going to make it!"  Once we get home, we IMMEDIATELY get in bed.

Day 36: Friday

Sat in the house ALL DAY lying around in pain.  Seriously and literally did nothing else.  SO MUCH PAIN!  The boyfriend colored another Pokemon for the step-dad though:

But seriously, that's it.  SO MUCH PAIN.  But TOTALLY worth it :)
