Disneyland!!!!!!!

WOOT WOOT DISNEYLAND!!!!

Day 35: Thursday

DISNEYLAND TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got 5 hours of sleep.   Why, WHY did we do that??  Park opens at 8 so we had to get up at 6.  It was ridiculous, I only had ONE hour to get ready.  Oh the things I do to go to Disneyland.  We hit Walmart on the way there (makes sense to pre-game Disneyland with substitute Disneyland) so I could buy a backpack since I didn't want to carry my purse around and then shove 4 water bottles and 6 uncrustables in there for snacks and then off we go!!!

I don't know if it is obvious how often I take pictures, but whenever I go somewhere, I take A LOT of pictures.  Went to Morocco for three days, took 900 photos.  Think I'm bad?  My mom saw a moose once; took 500 photos on the spot (this is like literally the first time I haven't exaggerated).

I made a video because we did so much stuff and took so many pictures but I will also describe for people who do not have the ability to watch a video or are too lazy to watch an 8.5 minute video.....what I have a problem!!!!

The ending is hilarious by the way :)  Sorry about the sound!

We get there at 8:15am and pay the wonderful $16.00 it costs to park there.  We park in Donald Duck!

Then we go down the escalator to the tram that will take us to the Mickey & Friends Tram.  Then WAALAAAA we are there!!  So exciting!

The boyfriend made these maps to show the order of which we went to things:

First we go to Star Tours where the line is kind of long but they entertain you the entire time so that was great.  The ride is sitting in a space ship and watching a 3D movie where the seats move.  Our mission was to deliver the spy to the Imperial Republic!!!  It was intense, but we finally won!

Next we went to Space Mountain.  The ride was dark with you only seeing stars.  I was freaking out because since you couldn't see anything, I was pretty sure something was going to smack me in the face......because space is out to get me.

Then we did Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, and Indiana Jones!  Indiana Jones was so cool because *SPOILER ALERT* it looks like you are going to run into a rock and then they drop you and show that Indiana Jones saved you!

Finally the moment we've all been waiting for, the WINNIE THE POOH RIDE!!!!  I LOVED IT!

A lady offered to take a picture of the both of us and after she took it I asked her "Does it look like he loves me???"  She's like........suuuure hahahahahaha Strangers don't get me...........

Tarzan's Jungle was super fun.  I really felt like I was in the movie, it was so nice!  I also really felt like I got exercise because you had to climb and stuff.  If I ever just want to sit around in Disneyland when I have kids, I'm going to just send them up there and tell them to go through it like a million times.

Autopia was hilarious because I was trying to record rather than drive.....boyfriend made the mistake of being behind me so he just spent the entire time hitting my rear end xD  Wish we could have gone a little bit faster though or it have more of a focus on bumper cars.  That would've been really funny!

Finally, we went to Splash Mountain which I loved because I love water rides.  You hope not to get wet while secretly hoping you get soaked even though you KNOW you're going to be miserable if you get soaked for the rest of the day but still you really really want to get soaked.....secretly.  Oh the internal dilemma.  Got sufficiently wet :)

Well a lot of the rides were closed or baby rides so we decided to move onto California Adventures!

Got there just in time for the parade!!!  We saw The Incredibles, Toy Story, Monster's University, and Finding Nemo.  Really fun parade!

So after the parade, we go to the Tower of Terror.  We really don't want to go on this ride because neither of us like rides that just drops but it has like the shortest wait time so we decide to give it a try.

I really really liked it and hated it at the same time hahaha thought it was a great ride but still hate the feeling I get in my stomach when I am dropped like that.  Although I have mixed feelings, I would definitely suggest it!

Look at our faces compared to everyone else xD
Ariel's Undersea Adventure was next which just took you through the movie which was really nice.  It took you through all the major scenes in the beginning and then put the last 45 minutes of the movie all in like one scene.  I was like "well that escalated quickly!!"

Next was Grizzly River Run which I have no photos or videos of due to it being a water ride :/  It was really fun though and we got so wet!!  Then we went on another amazing ride called Soarin' Over California.  They put you in front of a really large screen and make it seem like you are flying over California!  What was really cute was that if you went over a grape vine, it smelled like grapes and they had smells for a few other things.  Almost 4D!  After that we went to Golden Zephyr (spelled wrong on the map whoops) which is really just nauseating.....don't go on that.  You get a good view of the park though if you need to get some nice photos.

It was at this point that we had been at the park for about 12 hours and we were in SO MUCH PAIN.  We had been standing in lines for 20-30 minutes each ride and walking all over the park and never sitting.  We were seriously considering going home at this point, we couldn't take it anymore.  We were literally limping.  But we decided to go ahead and do one more ride and then go home.  So onto Goofy's Flight School......

Goofy's Flight School was a good ride but I do not suggest it for people who don't like whiplash.  Just a tip. View was beautiful!!!  After that, we checked the wait time for Radiator Springs Racers and it was 90 minutes.......down from 180.  It turns out the amount of time I am willing to wait for a ride is 90 minutes. We couldn't have gotten a fast pass for it either because they sell out of them at the beginning of the day but we didn't know that :/  So we get in that line...and wait.....for 90 minutes. COMPLETELY WORTH IT.  The ride is beautiful, fun, and looks EXACTLY like the movie cars!!!

We thought we were limping before, but at this point, we are basically crying.  We already have our tickets for World of Color though and it is going to start in like 30 minutes so might as well finish the night with it. We hear it is really nice.  AND IT WAS!  It almost made us cry it was so beautiful and moving.  Watch my video seriously, I dedicate like the last two minutes to it.

The walk to the car was EXCRUCIATING!!!  People laughed at us as we hobbled to the car screaming "We're almost there baby!  We're going to make it!"  Once we get home, we IMMEDIATELY get in bed.

Day 36: Friday

Sat in the house ALL DAY lying around in pain.  Seriously and literally did nothing else.  SO MUCH PAIN!  The boyfriend colored another Pokemon for the step-dad though:

But seriously, that's it.  SO MUCH PAIN.  But TOTALLY worth it :)
